Texas continues to be a hotspot for new residents, as evident by a new list from U.S. News & World Report.
They released their annual list of the best 250 places to live nationwide, and Texas made up 40% of the top 25.
Texas makes its first appearance on the list at No. 3 with Flower Mound. Leander (No. 8), Frisco (No. 9), and Sugar Land (No. 10) made it into the top ten,
McKinney came in at No. 17, Allen at No. 23, Mansfield at No. 25, Carrollton at No. 33, North Richland Hills at No. 43, Wylie at No. 51, Plano at No. 63, Rowlett and No. 83, Little Elm at No. 100, Lewisville at No. 109, Grand Prairie at No. 141, Fort Worth at No. 146, Irving at No. 150, Richardson at No. 162, Sherman at No. 174, and Garland at No. 241.
According to WFAA, U.S. News & World Report determine these rankings based on the cities’ "value," "quality of life," "desirability," and "job market."
