Whenever movies or television shows from the past would reference what the world would be like in the future, it usually was full of robots, flying cars and plenty of other products that sadly still don’t exist. However, the first sign that the future is here went viral recently. Video of a man flying down the street on a hoverboard has been spreading on the internet, and apparently it is real and can be purchased.
As seen in the now viral video, a man flies on a hoverboard down what appears to be a normal city street. While some online questioned if it was real, one commenter found the company currently selling these hoverboards. According to TMZ, the company is Omni Hoverboards and it can be purchased for around $20,000.
While not everyone was willing to spend that much on the item, plenty online say they will be saving up for the hoverboard as their next vehicle. Soon enough, everyone will be riding down the street on a hoverboard.
It appears the future is finally here.
