76-year-old Eunice Isgur is being accused of attacking a man who was playing the bagpipes at Terry Hershey Park in Houston.

The victim, Scott Gibb, told ABC 13, "She said I had no right to play here in this public park.

Allegedly, Isgur told Gibb, " I'm gonna call my husband. He's a federal judge and he's gonna make you stop."

Video from the incident, filmed by Gibb's wife, shows Isgur confronting Scott and then "swiping" at his wife's face when she realized she was being recorded.

Isgur is facing a misdemeanor assault charge, and though records show she has no criminal history in Harris County, Gibb says she confronted him about his bagpipe playing several weeks prior along the same trail.
