There are many reasons one may choose to buy a new car. For some its gas mileage, for others its style and some just need something to get from point A to point B. However, rarely does the car's previous owner play a role in the sale. That is, unless the car was previously owned by Will Smith. A 1994 Porsche, which was used by Smith in the movie 'Bad Boys,' is set to be auctioned off in January, and many fans are hoping to be the vehicle's next owner.
It was announced recently that a 1994 Porsche 911 Turbo driven by Will Smith's character in 'Bad Boys' is set to be sold at auction at an event in Florida next year. The car, which was previously owned by the film's director Michael Bay, is one of just 350 built that year, and is one of the company's most famous vehicles, according to Yahoo. Mecum Auctions in Kissimmee, Florida will be in charge of selling the vehicle.
Many fans were excited the rare car would be going up for sale, hoping to get a major piece of 'Bad Boys' memorabilia. As for the car, it has 34,396 miles and can accelerate to 60 mph in 4.0 seconds. With this car, the next owner will definitely be a "bad boy for life."
