Washing dishes is a task almost no one enjoys. Even with advancements in dishwasher technology, it is still a chore people struggle with every day. One area some have issues with when using their dishwasher is the leftover water left on dishes even after the “dry cycle.” Luckily, one woman recently shared a kitchen hack to dry these dishes, and the internet is amazed.
As seen in the now viral video, the woman explains placing a towel inside the dryer will help remove the leftover liquid once the cleaning cycle is done. “Hang it halfway in the dishwasher. Close the door and leave it for 20 minutes,” the woman explains in the video. According to Yahoo, the towel will absorb all the liquid from the dishes, leaving them “bone-dry.”
Many online were shocked by this new kitchen hack, immediately going to their dishwashers to try it for themselves. The video quickly wet viral, being viewed 2.3 million times since first being shared. Hopefully now with this hack, people won’t leave their dishes in the dishwasher for days.
