PITTSBURGH (NewsRadio 1020 KDKA) — Steelers linebacker Anthony Chickillo was arrested Sunday after a domestic incident.
It happened at Nemacolin Woodlands Resort with Chickillo’s girlfriend Alysha Newman, according to a criminal complaint.
Chickillo claimed Newman hit him in the head. Newman says she only did so after Chickillo had grabbed her and pushed her against the wall.
Chickillo is charged with simple assault, criminal mischief and harassment and was released on $10,000 bail.
The Steelers say they are still gathering information on the incident.
