First responders responding to a 911 call around 8:20 a.m. about a shooting in the Hill District found the victim dead at the scene.
Police and EMS were sent to the 2400 block of Bedford Avenue, where the man was inside one of the apartments
There is no description of the suspect and police say the investigation is ongoing.
