Giant Eagle is joining a growing list of retail companies that are reinstating mask-wearing for its team members and customers.
Responding to increasing cases of COVID-19 in the communities it serves, the supermarket chain is reinstating masking requirements for its employees starting Wednesday, regardless of vaccination status.
On Friday, the grocery chain is requesting customers wear masks inside its stores.
Giant Eagle says masks will be available for customers without them.
