The Hard Rock Café at Station Square is going to be the latest restaurant to close.
With the lease up in February, the company confirms the Hard Rock Café Pittsburgh will close on 2/13.
Hard Rock released a statement to KDKA Radio:
Hard Rock has enjoyed serving the Pittsburgh community for nearly 23 years and playing a role in the city’s celebrated dining culture. We are so grateful to our incredible team members and fans in the Steel City for their support and memories all this time. In February 2025, the lease for Hard Rock Cafe Pittsburgh, located on 230 W. Station Square will expire. The location will permanently close on February 13th as a result. We look forward to welcoming guests at any of our other 314 locations in 74 countries, including 5 new Hard Rock Cafe locations opening this month.
The Hard Rock opened over 22 years ago and was part of the expansion at Station Square that included Joe’s Crab Shack, which closed earlier this year.
Buca di Beppo at Station Square closed this past summer as well.
In addition to being a restaurant, Hard Rock was also an intimate venue for local and national music acts.
Planned events at Hard Rock will continue as scheduled, including a New Year’s Eve celebration featuring band Saved by the 90s.
