A homicide suspect was arrested after a SWAT incident in McKeesport yesterday afternoon.
42-year-old Edwin Wiley-Biggs was wanted in a fatal shooting last month in Clairton.
Authorities say he shot 51-year-old Victor Musgrove on August 25th. Detectives tried to serve a warrant for Wiley-Biggs' arrest at a home on the 700 block of Strawberry Way but he refused to come outside.
SWAT was called to the scene and he surrendered a short time later.
Assisted by the cooperation of the suspect's relatives, Wiley-Biggs eventually emerged, and law enforcement apprehended him without any gunfire.
Wiley-Biggs will remain in Allegheny County Jail until his preliminary arraignment.
