Chuck Hull is 74 and fully vaccinated but the coronavirus has still changed his life. This Navy veteran ended up hospitalized with pneumonia and spent 28 days in a rehab facility. He's been home since September but has been forced to stay on the first floor of his house in Beaver Falls because he can't get up and down the stairs. In the video on this page, you'll see Chuck's story and how he reached out asking for help, plus the company that stepped up in a big way.

Chuck and his wife Ruth both ended up with COVID-19 after attending a Navy veterans reunion in Myrtle Beach, FL. Chuck says there were 85 people there and 45 ended up getting sick. Since then, Ruth has recovered but Chuck is still on the mend. Before COVID he didn't need oxygen or any kind of help, but since it's a much different story.

That's why he reached out. He hasn't been able to go upstairs in his home for a shower or even his own bed in several months. Today that's changing thanks to my man Carl D'Alicandro and his amazing team at A+ Stairlifts. Carl didn't hesitate to help.

Frankly, he never does. We've partnered with Carl and A+ Stairlifts on several occasions and every time we meet people whose lives are changed by their kindness.
