A man was stabbed to death in Wilkinsburg on Thursday.
Police received the 911 call shortly before 12:30am that a man had been stabbed inside a home on the 1400 block of Penn Avenue.
When they arrived, they found that he had been stabbed in the chest. He was pronounced dead on the scene.
Allegheny County Police were called in to assist the Wilkinsburg Police with the investigation.

Police say the stabbing occurred after a child's birthday party when a fight broke out between the victim and 26-year-old Emmanual Jones. It was during the fight that the victim was stabbed.
Police arrested Jones. He's charged with criminal homicide.
