Courier for Pittsburgh Pagans Motorcycle Club pleads guilty to trafficking cocaine

An Erie man was in federal court in Pittsburgh for trafficking cocaine for the Pagans Motorcycle Club.

According to the U.S. Attorney's Office, 40-year-old Mark Stockhausen pleaded guilty to one count of violating federal narcotics trafficking laws.

Authorities identified Stockhausen as an associate of Bill Rana, a "fully patched" member and Sergeant of Arms for the Pittsburgh Chapter of the Pagans, and one of the targets of an investigation by the Greater Pittsburgh Safe Streets Task Force.

Stockhausen was also identified as a drug courier for the club.

Authorities said thousands of communications were intercepted over 10 phone from August of 2020 and November of 2020.

Stockhausen and Rana also communicated through Facebook Messenger.

Sentencing for Stockhausen is scheduled for September 29, 2021. He faces up to 20 years in prison, a $1 million fine or both.

The FBI-led investigation involved a number of local law enforcement agencies including the Allegheny County Sheriff's Office, the Pittsburgh Bureau of Police, the Allegheny County Police Department, the Baldwin Police Department, the Brentwood Police Department, the McKees Rocks Police Department, the Stowe Township Police Department and the West Deer Police Department as well as the Pennsylvania State Police.
