Police believe they've solved a fatal hit and run that happened in Point Breeze earlier this year.
66-year-old Freeman Holeman was hit and killed as he walking at the intersection of Penn Avenue and Carnegie Place around 10 p.m. on April 11.
The driver didn't stay at the scene.
Police later found the car they believe was involved.
Officers recently obtained an arrest warrant for Joseph Betha of Wilkinsburg.
He's facing numerous charges, including homicide by vehicle.
