State Police in Westmoreland County are trying to figure out who shot a cat with a crossbow.
It happened sometime Monday afternoon on Stratford Court in New Stanton.
"Lance" - a 3 year old housecat - somehow cat managed to walk home after being shot with an arrow.... the arrow still in his back.
It appears he was struck from above.
But luckily, none of his vital organs was pierced.
Lance is being treated and expected to survive the ordeal. But humane agents and detectives are now searching for the culprit.
