The precautionary flush and boil advisory issued by the Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority (PWSA) for multiple neighborhoods was been lifted Sunday afternoon.
PWSA said two rounds of testing didn't show any water contamination and the water is safe to drink.
Due to a water main break on Friday, areas of Crafton Heights, Duquesne Height, Mount Washington, Elliot, Ridgemont, Westwood, and West End were all under the advisory.
In total, around 5,600 residents were affected.
