A Westmoreland County restaurant has been found guilty in federal court of violating labor laws.
Picante Mexican Grille on Route 22 and its owner were found guilty of shortchanging servers and kitchen help more than $214,000 in wages over several years.
A jury found the restaurant and its owner, Helius Mucino, paid no wages to servers, who were instead solely compensated through tips.
Restaurant officials have not publicly commented on the verdict.
