A man was shot on Pittsburgh's North Side just before midnight Thursday night.
Officers were dispatched to the 1300 block of Federal Street. They say a man suffered a graze wound to the neck and was taken to the hospital in stable condition.
A second victim walked into a local hospital. Police said that person was not struck by gunfire. It is unknown what that person's injuries are.
The investigation is ongoing.
