The Butler Community College men's basketball team picked up another win on Wednesday, 96-79 over Neosho County; Dennis Higgins had the live call of the game on 97.5 & 1240 KFH.
Butler (10-2) has now won six games in a row; the Grizzlies are 6-0 on home court this season at the Power Plant in El Dorado.
In other juco action:
*The 9th-ranked Butler CC women remain undefeated on the season with a 120-56 win over visiting Neosho County. The Grizzlies are now 11-0.
*The 15th-ranked Cowley College men won at home 122-83 vs. Allen County. Cowley (9-3) now has an eight-game winning streak. Cowley averages 107 points per game, which is second best in the nation.
*The 17th-ranked Hutchinson CC women defeated visiting Pratt 66-55. Hutchinson (9-2) has won five straight games. The Lady Blue Dragons are 7-0 on home court this season, and in first place atop the Jayhawk West division.
