Boots in the Park Ticket Attack: Gameday Men's Health

For the Boots in the Park with Sam Hunt ticket attack at Gameday Men's Heath in Upland on-site contest, you may enter by visiting Gameday Men's Health in Upland (400 North Mountain Ave. Suite # 123, Upland, CA 91786) near the store entrance on Friday, April 5, 2025 from 3:00pm (PT) – 5:00pm (PT) or while supplies last, complete an official entry form and place the completed entry form in the entry collection box. On or about Friday, April 5, 2025 at approximately 4:00pm (PT), 4:30pm (PT) and 5:00pm (PT), one (1) winner will be randomly selected from all entries received, and upon verification of eligibility, will win (2) to see Boots in the Park on June 28, 2025 at SilverLakes in Norco (5555 Hamner Avenue Norco, CA 92860). A total of three (3) winners will be selected. Winners have one (1) minute to claim a prize on site. If the winner does not claim the prize within one (1) minute a new winner will be pulled. Winner(s) MUST BE present at the time of the drawing to win. Must be 18 and over to enter to win. Must show proof of a valid California ID to enter to win.
