Loma Linda VA to host a baby shower for veterans

The past two decades have seen unprecedented growth of the population of Women Veterans coming to the Veterans Health Administration for their care. In fact, there was a 175% increase between 2000-2015 alone, and the number of women Veteran VHA patients with obstetric deliveries paid for by VHA increased more than 14-fold.

To honor and support Veterans welcoming new babies into their families, VA Loma Linda Healthcare System is hosting their 4th Annual Baby Shower this May. Sommer Feliciano, an LVN for the Loma Linda Veterans Affairs and Nichole Erb, an RN with the Loma Linda VA, discuss this special drive-thru event.
