Hola 12s!
Fantastic news! After week 7 has wrapped up, your Seattle Sea Dragons have won 5 games in a row to tie their record with the 2nd place St. Louis Battlehawks. As we head into the final 3 weeks, the Dragons are still not in any slot for the playoffs, but we're not doomed just yet either. The way it plays out, there's 2 divisions in the XFL, North and South. For the playoffs, only 4 teams progress, the 1st and 2nd place teams from those divisions. The way we currently stand, we're 3rd in the North division, but we're tied with St. Louis...

Now, for the remainder of the season, we're fortunate enough to play solely division games for the rest of the season, 2 of which are on our home turf. The first of which is, by far, the hardest, we're hosting the #1 standing XFL team, the DC Defenders, who have already beaten us this season back in week 1. Next we fly out to St. Louis to play the Battlehawks, who have been proving themselves a true power in the league in the last few weeks. Then we wrap up the season here at home agains the Vipers, who aren't out of the run mathematically, but statistically it's not going to happen.

Realistically, we've got to keep this win streak running throughout the remainder of the season in order to secure our spot in the playoffs. Beyond that, we're hoping for some good luck coming our way in the form of other teams beating BOTH the Battlehawks and the Defenders. It's going to be a wild ride and I'm here for it! Hope to see you all at Lumen on Sunday afternoon as our boys take on their toughest opponent yet! Let's get this done!! With that...Mike Hawk is OUT!
