BIO:
Hailing from the city of Seattle, Panic Grass is a boundary-pushing band that defies categorization. With a wide-ranging musical palette that encompasses genres from psychedelic rock to post-hardcore, space rock to power pop, they embark on a sonic journey that captivates with their unique blend of experimentation and raw energy.

Formed by founding members Brad (drums), Nick (guitar, vocals, and percussion), and John (bass guitar, Chapman Stick, vocals, and percussion), Panic Grass embarked on a quest for a fresh and distinctive sound. Recently, they expanded their lineup, welcoming David (guitar, bass, and vocals), and Bert  (guitar, trumpet, and vocals), creating a dynamic ensemble where everyone contributes to the songwriting process. In true artistic synergy, members often switch or change instruments.

Panic Grass draws inspiration from a diverse range of musical influences, including the genre-bending stylings of King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard, who have demonstrated the power of embracing different genres and sonic textures. Just like their inspirations, Panic Grass refuses to be confined to a single box, delivering sonic experiences that oscillate between far-out, spacey explorations perfect for a summertime trip, and hard-hitting, straightforward rock anthems.

On their first release, “Sewage Fruit,'' Panic Grass puts the groove of Black Sabbath, the ferocity of Motorhead, and a dash of King Crimson into their musical mixing pot and come up with their own brand of Progressive BBQ Stoner Rock. On "NEWMISERABLESPACERITUAL," the band’s second effort, Panic Grass captures the essence of a different set of influences while carving a unique path; Weaving together elements of HUM's atmospheric intensity, Alice In Chains' haunting melodies, Soundgarden's sonic depth, and Steely Dan's intricate arrangements.

Panic Grass creates an immersive and captivating experience, pushing the boundaries of what rock music can be. Currently, they are working on material for their first full-length album.
