The teen accused in the shooting at Mansfield Timberview High School has been indicted.
A Tarrant County Grand Jury has indicted 18-year-old Timothy Simpkins on several charges stemming from the October 18th, 2021, shooting at Timberview High School.
Simpkins has been charged with three counts of attempted murder, three counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, and one count of unlawful carrying of a weapon in a prohibited place.
All three shooting victims survived, although one suffered critical injuries.
