The Dallas Cowboys lost 23-13 to the Green Bay Packers on Sunday night at Lambeau Field, dropping to 2-4 on the season after trailing 17-0 at halftime.

Green Bay led wire-to-wire in the Week 6 Sunday Night Football matchup. Jordan Love threw a touchdown pass to Matthew Golden and scored on a 1-yard keeper as the Packers improved to 4-2 and extended their winning streak to three games. Love finished 23 of 41 for 276 yards with one touchdown and one interception.

Dallas managed just 13 points, its lowest output of the season. Dak Prescott completed 34 of 54 passes for 258 yards with one touchdown and two interceptions. The Cowboys were shut out in the first half for the first time since 2021. They scored a touchdown in the third quarter and added a late touchdown pass from Prescott to Ryan Flournoy in the fourth, but a failed two-point conversion left them well short.

Coach Brian Schottenheimer said after the game that the effort and fight were there, but “mistakes are killing us.” He pointed to five turnovers across the last two games, a stalled running game, and the defense’s struggles to get off the field on third down. Prescott described the offensive performance as the unit not holding its own.

The loss marked Dallas’ second straight defeat and continued a long recent stretch of struggles against Green Bay. The Packers have dominated the series in recent years, including a 40-40 tie last season in Arlington.

Dallas now sits third in the NFC East. The Cowboys travel to Philadelphia next Monday night for a primetime matchup against the Eagles. The game is scheduled for 8:15 p.m. ET on ESPN and ABC.

No major injuries were reported from the contest. The Cowboys return home after the Philadelphia game to host the Arizona Cardinals on Nov. 1.
