The Texas A&M University system officially opened its new downtown Fort Worth campus with a ceremony marking the completion of its flagship Law and Education Building.
The new facility will host programs for both Texas A&M University and Tarleton State University, including the Texas A&M School of Law.
The Law and Education Building is the first of five planned facilities for the multi-block urban campus. According to an economic impact study, the completed downtown development is projected to eventually support more than 25,000 direct and indirect jobs across the region.
