Heartbreaking images continue to emerge from the devastating fires in Australia, where fires have consumed thousands of acres of land and killed millions of animals; many only found on the southern continent. If you wanted to help but weren't sure how to do it, perhaps you should take up the Koala challenge.  Koalas are tree dwelling marsupials that is at home in the trees but slow and uncomfortable on the ground.  So to perform the Koala Challenge, you must find a workout bench and lay flat on its top. The idea is for you to shift your entire body to the underside of the bench and re-emerge on the top without ever touching the floor. FITAID, a fitness beverage company, has pledged to donate $5 for every Koala Challenge video posted online to help the people, firefighters, and wildlife affected by the wildfires in Australia. Be sure to include #FITAID, #KoalaChallenge and tag @FITAID in your post.
