PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — Three people are injured — one, critically — after a shooting outside a bar in West Oak Lane late Friday night.

Police responded to a report of a person with a gun at the Moonlight restaurant and bar on Limekiln Pike just before midnight. There, they found cartridge casings and projectiles, as well as a 54-year-old man suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was taken to a nearby hospital, where he underwent surgery. Officials say he is in critical condition.

Two other men, ages 35 and 22, were brought to the same hospital in a silver Mazda SUV. The 35-year-old was shot in the hip and underwent surgery; the 22-year-old was shot in the hand.

Police believe a fight inside the bar led to the shooting. One weapon was recovered.

In a separate incident, police say a 36-year-old man was shot several times in the arm after a shooting outside a bar on 53rd and Market streets in West Philadelphia. The man had just left a nearby bar, according to authorities, and was in an argument with another man that turned violent.
