Week 5 was slam full of spectacular individual performances, but there was one in particular that won the votes of the staff at ESPN Upstate. Dorman's Demarius Foster has been selected as the ESPN Upstate Player of the Week for Week 5.
Foster ran for 269 yards on Friday on 29 carries and scored 5 times as Dorman defeated Ridge View 42-20. Head Coach Dave Gutshall said Saturday that the Cavaliers focused on improving the run game during their weeks off, and it certainly showed.
