Furman Men's Basketball was handed their 1st loss and it came in blowout fashion. The Paladins were dismantled at #1 Kansas on Saturday, 86-51.

The Jayhawks led 39-28 at the half and outscored Furman 47-23 after the break. Kansas shot 61% on the day and had 25 assists on their 39 made field goals. Furman shot just 30% including 24% on 38 attempts from three point range.


The Paladins are now 7-1 on the season. They are back in action twice this week. Furman travels to take on Florida Gulf Coast on Wednesday. The Paladins then host Princeton at Timmons Arena Saturday at noon. Furman Basketball plays all season long on The Fan Upstate.
