High School Football teams that are still alive in the postseason will look to punch their ticket to the State Finals with wins tonight in the Upper State Title Games in their respective classes.
In 5A Division 1 Spartanburg High will look to slay the dragon known as Dutch Fork. The Vikings are looking for their 1st State Title Game appearance under Coach Mark Hodge. Dutch Fork is looking to three-peat as State Champions.
In 5A Division 2, traditional powers meet as Gaffney takes on Northwestern-Rock Hill. Gaffney won the State Title in 2021 and is looking to send Coach Dan Jones into retirement with another State ring.
Defending 4A State Champs Westside takes on South Pointe Rock Hill. In 3A upstart program Mountain View Prep takes on BHP. The Bears are back in the Upper State after losing to Daniel last year.
Clinton takes on Fairfield Central for the 2A Upper State crown. In 1A, Abbeville takes on Lewisville. Abbeville is looking for their 9th State Title in the last 15 seasons.
