Bears star Khalil Mack active against Raiders

Mack missed much of practice this week with injuries to his foot and ribs.

(670 The Score) After dealing with multiple injuries this week, Bears star pass rusher Khalil Mack is active for Chicago's game in Las Vegas on Sunday and will face a Raiders team that traded him four years ago.

Mack was sidelined for much of the practice week with injuries to his foot and ribs. He returned to practice in a limited fashion for lighter work Friday, a step forward toward playing Sunday.

Mack suffered the foot injury on Sept. 26. He played in a win against the Lions last Sunday, recording a sack but also suffering the ribs injury. Mack has missed just two games during his eight-year NFL career.

The Bears ruled out defensive lineman Akiem Hicks (groin) on Saturday. He didn't travel with the team to Las Vegas.

The Bears' other inactives were tight end Jesse James (personal), linebacker Joel Iyiegbuniwe (hamstring), tight end J.P. Holtz (quad), quarterback Nick Foles and receiver Breshad Perriman.

Kickoff between the Bears (2-2) and Raiders (3-1) comes at 3:05 p.m. CT Sunday.
