Liz's Kitchen: Kim's Corn Casserole recipe

This is one of my favorite side dishes! If it's not at a family holiday meal and I miss out, I am disappointed. It's so tasty and I am always going back for seconds and thirds and maybe fourths. I know everyone has their version of corn casserole but this one is better than all of them... Just kidding, I would never bag on your recipe, but you should try this one. As always with the recipes I share, it is super easy to make and if you hadn't picked up on it - delicious.

Ingredients
1 Box Jiffy Mix
1 can Cream Corn
1 can Whole Kernel corn
4 eggs
3/4 cup veg or canola oil
1 cup cheddar cheese

Instructions
Mix and pour into a baking dish.
Bake for 1 hour at 350 (check middle may need a little longer)
