A deputy and a suspect were injured in a shooting early Friday morning in Greenville County. That shooting happened at Page Drive and White Horse Road, around 3:45AM.
There has been no information released on what led to the shooting, at this time.
The deputy was taken to a hospital for treatment and is expected to recover. The suspect was also hospitalized with a gunshot wound. SLED is investigating, which is standard protocol for officer involved shootings statewide.
