Well…it is all new…and it checks a lot of performance boxes. I'll leave the looks up to you, but to me, it looks like Infiniti is trying to out-muscle some of their competitors. It seems a little more menacing…especially in Black.
It sports three full rows, and my Grandson reports that access to the rear is no problem at all, thanks to the power fold-down second row…and its quite roomy once back there.

Upfront under the hood, yesterday's V-8 is gone…replaced by a 3.5 twin-turbo v-6 rated at 450 HP. With the 9-speed auto, that'll tow up to 8,500 lbs…and that towing will be eased by Infiniti's "Trailer Blind-Spot"…a camera system that operates like rear-facing "surround view"…giving you a view as if your trailer wasn't even back there. If you're towing anything, you'll love this feature when backing up.

Inside you'll find twin screens…one with all relevant drivers' info and the other dedicated to entertainment. And as for entertainment, Infinity now offers high-end Klipsch audio…with 14 speakers in their entry-level "Pure" edition. Here you'll find a second-row bench offering 7-passenger seating if you like.
In addition to your expected luxury touches like heated and ventilated front and second-row seating, 20" alloys, sunroof, tri-zone heat and air, voice recognition, built-in Alexa, and puddle lights, Infiniti offers an interesting extra. Yes, their "invisible hood" let's you get a camera-generated look at what's right in front of your front wheels. You'll really appreciate this if you're doing a little light off-roading w. your Q.

If that's all you need, only mid $80's stands between you and a life of luxury.
Want more? OK…leap over a couple of mid-range choices and opt for something like our test "Autograph" model.
It's around $113K in 4WD, but you'll find that Infiniti didn't leave much out of this one. "Dot-Quilted" semi-aniline leather in all three rows. Massaging seats…not only in the front, but you can get a massage in the second row, too. 22's? Sure

You'll also have 10 more speakers for that Klipsch system to pump sthrough…24 in all…including headrest speakers …and you'll get an air purifier and biometric temp control to go with your tri-zone system. 64 choices for your ambient lighting system? Yep…all part of the Autograph package.

Oh…and a big water-proof cooling box in the rear of your console.
And then when it's time to leave, the QX80 Autograph's air suspension lowers the vehicle to make it a little easier to jump out…and if you do so at night, you'll have not only puddle lights but also path lighting to help you on your way.
But with all those luxury touches…are you sure you really want to leave?
