KeyBank Contributes More to COVID Relief

As of July 1st, the Emerling Agency LLC, Floss Agency Inc., and M. F. Murphy Insurance Inc. will be merging.  According to Business First, the new group will be called Emerling Floss Murphy & Associates LLC, with headquarters in Clarence and a second branch in Lockport.

Syracuse-based technology company Promptous has been named Launch New York's 30th Limited Partner Fund Portfolio Company.  The for-profit LP Fund is designed to co-invest alongside Launch NY’s nonprofit Seed Fund, ultimately doubling the capital available for Launch NY client companies.

The Buffalo City Mission received a $20,000 donation from Citi, in collaboration with the National Disability Institute, to advance its work with the homeless community during the COVID-19 pandemic.  The donation will fund Cisco Webex equipment to help connect support and recovery groups with City Mission residents, including those with mental illness, physical disabilities and developmental disabilities.
