HUNT Real Estate Corporation has re-upped its sponsorship deals with the two major Buffalo sports teams.  HUNT will continue as the official real estate and relocation company for the Buffalo Bills and the Buffalo Sabres.  Financial terms were not released.

Cincinnati-based Phillips Edison & Co. has put the University Plaza up for sale.  According to Business First, an affiliate of Phillips Edison bought the plaza at Main Street near Kenmore Avenue in Amherst in 2016 for $13.5 million.


Also from Business First, Manhattan-based Realty Income Properties 21 LLC has purchased the LA Fitness location in Hamburg from another New York City based investment group.  The purchase price was reportedly $7.7 million.

Now through October 12th, customers of the Lexington Cooperative Market at 807 Elmwood Avenue can round-up their purchases.  The round-up is a partnership between the Lexington Cooperative Market, Lafayette Avenue Presbyterian Church, and the Elmwood Village Association.  Funds raised will support immediate improvements to the church lawn.  The church is at 875 Elmwood Avenue.
