The Buffalo Bills began the third and final phase of their offseason workout program this week.

Phase 3 of organized team activities, commonly referred to as OTAs, started on Monday and will consist of 10 total workouts, with the remaining nine occurring on May 24, 25, and 27, as well as June 1, 2, 4, 7, 8, 10, and 11.

During Phase 3, no live contact is permitted, but 7-on-7, 9-on-7, and 11-on-11 drills are permitted.

Head coach Sean McDermott is scheduled to speak to the media on Tuesday at 10:15 a.m. ET.

All of the workouts are voluntary. Players cannot be fined or disciplined for not showing up. A source familiar with the workout sessions told WGR that 75 of the 84 players on the roster were in attendance for Phase 2 last week at the team's facility in Orchard Park.

The Bills will hold a mandatory minicamp for all players on June 15, 16, and 17.
