1. Sterling Fest Art & Music Fair
Thursday-Saturday, July 24-26
City of Sterling Heights campus on Utica Road
With live music, an art fair, carnival rides, arts & crafts and interactive family-friendly performances, Sterling Fest is one of the most popular events of the summer in Macomb County. This year, the drone show returns on Thursday at 9:30 p.m. Look to the skies after sunset for incredible displays! Saturday & Sunday, July 26-27
Hart Plaza, Detroit
It's the 52nd anniversary of the largest Arab and Chaldean American cultural event in North America. Each year thousands of people from all ages attend the festival during the two day event activities in Detroit's Hart Plaza. The festival features a variety of ethnic food, cultural gallery and impressive Middle Eastern live performances, featuring star singers Sabah Mahmoud, Dali. Bashar Alsaber, Danny Baron and Khalid Gomar, plus folklore dancers, and a fashion show at 7 p.m. on Sunday. Admission is FREE.
Friday & Saturday, July 25-26
Riverside Park, Ypsilanti
The Summer Beer Festival hosts many of Michigan's finest breweries sampling over hundreds of fresh, local Michigan beers. Along with the beer, there will be food trucks and live music. Saturday's concert features Keller and the Keels. This is a 21+ event. (Get ticket info here).
Saturday, July 26
Centennial Commons, Royal Oak
Celebrate love, diversity and equality at Royal Oak Pride — with live entertainment, food trucks and vendors filling Centennial Commons in downtown Royal Oak. Headliners for the 2025 event include drag superstars Nina West and Ginger Minj. Supporting acts include Baddie Brooks, Bell Bastien, Ben Sharkey, Alise King, dozens of local drag artists, and more!
5. Detroit City FC vs. Westchester SC
Saturday, July 26 at 7PM
Keyworth Stadium, Hamtramck
Ever seen a pro soccer game? Check it out this Saturday on Detroit Coney Day at historic Keyworth Stadium in Hamtramck! Detroit City FC welcomes Westchester SC in their last match of the USL Jägermeister Cup Group Stage. It's a nationally televised game (ESPN 2), and tickets start at $25.
