(WWJ) Detroit Police are calling on tips from the public to help bring home a teen, who left home without permission on Halloween eve and never returned.
Police say Carly-Madison Sparks, 15, was last seen at her house on Hooker near Grand Blvd. and Rose Parks Blvd. on October 30 around 9 p.m.
Her family tried multiple times to call her cellphone, but she never answered.
She is 5'5", about 170 lbs. She disappeared wearing a blue coat, white hooded sweatshirt, dark blue jeans, and black and beige boots. She has a short natural hairstyle.
She is in good mental and physical health, according to her family.
