HAMTRAMCK (WWJ) -- Authorities are investigating an incident where a car reportedly struck a Hamtramck bus shelter over the weekend.
At about 7:15 p.m. Saturday, on Joseph Campau and Whelan streets, police told WDIV that a car crashed into the shelter and completely destroyed it.
Afterwards, the driver fled the scene.
No injuries were reported.
No other details have been provided at this time.
