DETROIT (WWJ) - A deceased man found in the roadway on Detroit's east side was the victim of a shooting, police say -- and the search for the shooter remains ongoing.
The Detroit Police Department said the shooting occurred Friday, February 23, in the afternoon hours before a man in his 20s was discovered dead in the middle of Concord Street.
Investigators believe there could be a second gunshot victim.
Authorities were searching the area for the allegedly shooter on Friday. It remains unknown if a suspect was identified or taken into custody.
An investigation into the incident remains ongoing. No further details were released.
