Mississippi man is in a Northshore jail on charges he shot a man during a domestic incident.
IT happened around 2 a.m. Sunday at a home on Military Road just outside of Slidell.
According to St. Tammany Parish sheriff’s deputies, George Goetz went to a female acquaintance’s house, where he found the woman and another man. That’s when, deputies say, Goetz grabbed a gun and shot the other man.
The victim was taken to a hospital. Deputies did not disclose his condition.
Goetz, 40, Waveland, Mississippi, is facing one count of attempted second-degree murder.
