Amidst all this heat this week, a weak cold front is headed our direction.

But the front will stall out north of our location in the next couple of days.

That means expect the warm, humid weather to continue through the weekend.

Days will start with temps near 70 with patchy fog and overcast skies.

Afternoons will seem unseasonably warm in the low to mid-80s.

We will approach record heat every day.

Subtle changes in the weather will start to move in next week.

The week cold front will move into the region bringing with it a few showers and by next Tuesday it will be sunny, less humid with highs in the 70s.

This will be short-lived as temps will push into the 80s again by next Wednesday.
