A St. Tammany school board member is once again accused of shoplifting.
Sharon Lo Drucker, 55, is accused of stealing merchandise from the retail store, Belk Store, near Covington on November 28. Drucker received a misdemeanor summons for theft under $1,000.
This is the second time Drucker was accused of shoplifting.
She was first arrested for shoplifting about $59 worth of products from a Covington Walmart back in July of 2018. That prompted calls of her resignation from the St Tammany School Board. Drucker refused to resign her seat on the board.
As a result, Drucker was placed on a year-long diversion program in January of last year.
Drucker represents St. Tammany school district 9 which include Lancaster Elementary, Madisonville Elementary, and Madisonville Junior.
