Jazz Fest is here!

The cubes are packed with all-star talents and festival goers are sure to be lined up at the gate prior to the official opening.

Headliners this year include Pearl Jam, Dave Matthews Band, Luke Combs, Lil Wayne & The Roots, Lenny Kravitz, Kacey Musgraves, Santana, John Fogerty, Burna Boy, HAIM, Cage The Elephant, Laufey, Bryson Tiller, Harry Connick Jr., Patti LaBelle, Trombone Shorty & Orleans Avenue, My Morning Jacket, Gladys Knight, Joan Jett and the Blackhearts.

Jazz Fest Producer Quint Davis says rest up because the party's nonstop.

"We will host over 600 performances over fourteen stages."

For 54 years the New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Foundation has celebrated the culture of the crescent city,

But if you come for the music, you definitely stay for much more. And, according to New Orleans and Company President and CEO, Walt Leger, that's the food!

"What would Jazz Fest be without food, including my favorite, soft shell crab po-boys!"

Leger also says to remember that not everywhere has it like us in Southeast Louisiana.

"We still have iconic gatherings where we all come together and we must make sure that continues."

Gates open at 11 am, small bags, backpacks, and coolers are permitted, however, only sealed water bottles are allowed, no other outside beverages.
