(WBBM NEWSRADIO) – If you're a fan of the old board game “Clue,” you'll love the latest immersive experience coming to Chicago later this month.
It's being described as an “escape room” meets “The Amazing Race.”
“Clue: A Walking Mystery” is a new spin on everyone's favorite mystery game.
“The idea is the murder of the Clue Mansion was never solved,” explains producer Kevin Hammond. “The case went cold. The mansion was sold, and all of the furniture from all the famous rooms have been auctioned off and scattered throughout downtown Chicago.”
Hammond says six teams of five players will be wandering from spot to spot. Each game lasts 90 minutes.
The activity opens to the public July 27 at Block 37 in The Loop.
