(WBBM NEWSRADIO) – Two students at Wheaton Warrenville South High School are facing battery charges, after a fight at the school last week, police say.
Wheaton police say the fight was on Feb. 28. Investigators say they were helped by a student, who recorded a cell phone video of part of the fight and handed it over to school administrators and police.
Prosecutors were considering filing juvenile felony counts of aggravated battery on public property against two teen boys, police said.
The boys have not returned to school.
Investigators say the fight led to one student being taken to a hospital for evaluation and treatment.
