Is Mental Health an issue in sports? Adam Silver says that there are a lot of NBA players who aren’t happy, that the money and fame doesn’t always make you happy. Charles Barkley had other thoughts after hearing Silver’s comments:

Carl said that he thinks some of the issues are a direct correlation from social media.
“As far as Adam Silver’s comments, that is a direct result of social media. I think a lot of people hear these comments and don’t dismiss it," Dukes said. "I think there is a lot of people who can relate to this. This whole thing about isolation is a part of it, with social media you don’t even talk to people these days.”
Mike said he agrees with Charles Barkley's take.
“Whether it’s depression or isolation, I agree with Charles," Bell said. "Cry me a river. You’ve got it made, and no one wants to hear that you’re not happy with your life. In this modern era, the athletes are softer than they’ve ever been, this era is as soft as charmin.”
