American Airlines latest luxury service has finally taken flight out of DFW Airport.

This week, American Airlines began its daily direct service on their new 787-0 Dreamliner Brisbane, Australia, Buenos Aires, Argentina, and London.

Per WFAA, the Boeing Dreamliner is equipped with more premium seats than any other plane in their fleet.  The Dreamliner has 51 “Flagship Suites” and 32 premium economy seats.

Jim Mises, American Airlines Senior Vice President of DFW Hub Operations said in a press release, “It’s exciting to see our customers’ reaction as they experience the first-of-its-kind cabin and we’re thrilled to offer this new premium experience to our customers traveling to some of our most exciting destinations from DFW.

“The DFW team – along with the entire airline – has spent months preparing to welcome this new aircraft and even more customers on board as we expand service on the new aircraft to more routes from DFW in the coming months.”

The airline said the goal of the Dreamliner is to “feel like a recliner in the sky.”
